Sunday night Peter, his family, my sister, and I were all down stairs just hanging out & playing RockBand when out of nowhereNewbie (our dog) farted! Of course it smelled pretty nasty so we opened the front door. After a few songs go by, I notice that Newbie has been bouncing around as if he were trying to get to something on the other side of the gate. It was dark, but I looked over to see if there was anything there and I saw a little shadow that look like a paw.

Me: Oh my gosh, is that cat?

little voice: mew.

There was a tiny little kitten at our door step.

My sister & I opened the gate to take a look at it and we saw how skinny it was (so it was obviously a stray) and took it in. I think that letting stray animals in your home is a stupid thing to do, but it was just a baby & the parents were nowhere to be found so we couldn’t possibly just leave it out there right?

Either way she (it’s a girl) looked like she was at least eight weeks old (despite her tiny size due to starvation) so we didn’t just leave her and hope that her mom would find her. My sister and I took her upstairs to my bathroom washed her the best we could. When we first poured water on her to wet her fur the water turned black. She was seriously that dirty. After she was clean I checked her to make sure that she didn’t have and bugs (i.e. worms, ticks, flees) attached to her that she could pass to Sora or Amelie. Thankfully she didn’t so we put her in my room and gave her some food and water. She ate as if she hadn’t eaten for weeks. When her belly was nice and full she took a nap. That night my sister and I named her Jelly bcus some of her fur looks like peanut butter. Yeah, we’re crazy :p

The next day my sister & I tried to think of what to do with her bcus neither of us could keep her, we didn’t want to put her back outside, and definitely didn’t was to drop her at the pound. She called our best friend to ask if she wanted it. . . um yeah right, I seriously doubt it. But wth!? She actually said yes!

So later that day Nay (our bff), my sis, and I went to Target to get cat stuff. And now little Jelly Belly has home. Isn’t that wonderful?

A few months ago I mentioned a bunch of movies that I want to see this year, but I realized that there quite a few I left out. . so here are some more movies that I’m looking forward to seeing this year :)

Public Enemies: Johnny Depp is just looking too bad ass in this movie. The story also seems pretty interesting + it’s set in the ’30s. Very cool.

Transformers 2: I hate Shia LeBeouf & Megan Fox, but despite that I still loved the first movie. Hopefully the second is just as good.

New Moon: Why do I even want to see this? I have no clue. The first was totally disappointing. I liked the story & THAT’S IT! The acting, directing, screenplay, blehh just everything else was so lame. I think I’m just curious to see if it will be better than the first. ehh probably not, but I have to feed my curiosity.

The Ugly Truth: I haven’t seen a really cheesy romance movie in a while & this one looks pretty cute. It seems very cliche & dorky, but funny so it’s okay ;)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince: lol I had to say it again. I am way too excited for this movie to come out!! I saw some movies posters for it at the theatre today and I started jumping up & down like a little girl bcus I’d gotten so excited. embarrassing!

Anyway I saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine today (finally). I heard that it sucked, but I LOVED IT! I saw Hugh Jackman’s butt~ hell yeah n_n

This one is by far my favorite X-Men movie. The other ones were okay, but this one was the shit. The directing was a little off for me, but other than that I was very pleased.

FRIDAY: I went to watch UP [3D] with Peter, my sister, and some others. I LOVED THAT MOVIE! Okay, I know that it’s a kid’s movie and whatever but it was surprisingly very, very good. It made me laugh & it made me cry (3x to be exact). hmm.. I definitely think I was just feeling a little emotional that day though. None the less, it was a great movie and if I watched it again then I’m sure I’d cry at least once because it is so sweet. Have you seen it yet? If you haven’t, go watch it and let me know if you cried too べえ

SATURDAY: Went to Chicken & Beer to celebrate my sister’s boyfriend’s birthday. All I have to say is what a night. I’ll let these pictures say the rest~
